Eligibility: Candidates for Regent must be a registered voter residing within the College District. In the case of a single-member district vacancy, the candidate must reside in that district. As elected officials, Del Mar College Regents embrace the mission, core values and guiding principles of the College. Regents also carry specific fiduciary (financial), legal and contractual responsibilities.
