IntranetWare Administration Guide
1. Where to Start
Introduction
This section provides an overview of and cross-references to common administrative tasks in IntranetWareTM for Small Business. The tasks you can do in this Administration Guide are also listed.
Prerequisites
If you used the QuickStart utility when you installed Small Business, you may have already set up part of your network, such as users, groups, and printers.
Make sure you have completed the following before you continue. All of these items are located in the Small Business Installation Guide.
- Read about NovellŪ Directory ServicesTM (NDSTM)
- Installed or upgraded the server
- Set up the administrator's workstation
- (Optional) Set up users and groups using QuickStart or NEAT
- (Optional) Set up printers using QuickStart or NEAT
- Installed the Novell clients on each workstation connected to the network
