Information for Veterans Del Mar College Welcomes Veterans Del Mar College has been designated a "Service members Opportunity College" and is committed to serving the educational needs of service members and their dependents. If you are an active duty military personnel or a dependent enrolling through the SOC program, you must complete the regular College admissions requirements and must complete 15 semester credit hours, in residence, at the college.
