It was an afternoon spent just clowning around … of sorts. Del Mar Drama majors and students studying Acting I under Shara Haghjoo Moghadam, instructor of drama and costume design, were treated to a Clown Alley workshop provided by the clown crew with the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus while they were in Corpus Christi on June 14.

Nearly 20 students learned about creating characters, including costume and make-up design, along with putting together routines used for entertaining the crowd.
