Del Mar College uses an applicant's Social Security
number as a permanent reference number. An applicant without a Social
Security number may either obtain one, or the Office of the Registrar
will assign a unique matriculation number upon request. |

Students who have previously taken the TASP Test or a TASP alternative test and have enrolled in a Texas public college prior to Fall 2003 must meet the assessment levels shown in the College catalog. They are not required to retest if they have previously met TASP requirements or have successfully completed their developmental course work. Del Mar College requires placement testing of all students with the following exceptions:
