You may request transcript by fax, mail, or in person. There is no fee for a transcript. Transcripts are usually mailed within 48 business hours of receipt of the signed request except during peak times (during January and August).

Include in your request all of the following:

• Name (and any names under which your transcript may be filed)
• Social Security number
• Date of birth
• Phone number
• Current address
• Dates of attendance
• Your signature
• Address to where you wish the transcript sent

We cannot process email requests, because we must have your signature.
