Tuition Installment

**The installment method is not available for short semester courses, summer semesters, or noncredit courses.**

HB 2747 passed by both the House and Senate provides students the option to pay tuition and fees by the installment method. The installment option provides for one-half (1/2) payment of the tuition and fees in advance of the beginning semester; one-quarter payment (1/4) prior to the start of the sixth class week (February 15, 2008) and final one-quarter payment on Friday, March 28, 2008 (prior to the beginning of the eleventh class week) . The College does not remind students of these due dates. The College will charge a nonrefundable service charge of $25. A $10 late fee will be assessed for each payment not made on or before the installment due date. Once the payment plan has been chosen, it may not be changed.

Students choosing the installment method must come to the Cashier's Office to sign a promissory note prior to making a tuition payment.

Any student who has ever been in default status on a prior installment loan is not eligible to receive a new loan even if the prior loan was subsequently paid.
