Officer Duties:

  1. The Treasurer shall oversee the responsibilities of the Fund-raiser Committee.
  2. The Treasurer is responsible for collecting all monies due Alpha Psi and shall deposit same
    in a timely manner.
  3. The Treasurer shall keep a record of all dues paid by members.
  4. The Treasurer shall make disbursements as voted by the members of Alpha Psi by check
  5. The Treasurer shall present a Treasurer Report at the first business meeting each month
    following the receipt of the financial information from the Student Development Center.
  6. The Treasurer shall give an annual financial report which has been audited by the
    faculty advisors.
