• Membership Options & Benefits

    ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS 

    Current Student Annual Membership:  $10 
    Available to any current student at Del Mar College.  The membership fee is less than you would pay for a cool t-shirt and we give you a cool t-shirt! Must be renewed each year. 

    Individual Annual Membership:  $35 
    Available to any individual who has completed at least 3 hours at Del Mar College.  Must be renewed each year. 

    Joint Annual Membership: $60 
    If you and your spouse both attended Del Mar College, this is the choice for you!  (both members must live at the same address)  Must be renewed each year. 

    Friend of the Alumni Association Annual Membership:  $50 
    Available to community supporters and advocates of the College who weren’t lucky enough to attend school here but love Del Mar College just the same! Must be renewed each year. 

    BENEFITS FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS.  Each paid member will receive:  

    • A Del Mar College Viking T-Shirt.  It’s cool — trust us… you want this shirt! (New members only) 
    • An Alumni ID card that will get you discounts on campus, around town and throughout the state. 
    • Access to our monthly e-newsletter which highlights Del Mar College happenings, including alumni news, information about events, how to get involved on campus and much, much more.  
    • Amazing discounts on admission to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. (Purchase online through Alumni Association website using valid Alumni ID#.) 
    • South Texas Botanical Gardens discounted admission - $1.00 off admission for up to four people with valid DMC AA ID. Not valid with any other offer. 
    • 10% ticket discount on select performances at Richardson Performance Hall. (Show valid ID card for discount.) 
    • $5.00 off admission to Hurricane Alley. (Purchase online through Alumni Association website using valid Alumni ID#.) 
    • $8.00 off admission to Sea World San Antonio.  
    • Minimum of 15% admission discount to all Schlitterbahn Waterparks with additional savings on Educator days (see Special Events button on Website). Must use Promo Code shown on Members Only page!
    • Texas State Aquarium discounts - $2 off general admission for up to four people, 10% off annual memberships, and 15% off party rentals.
    • 10% discount on all food purchases to Alumni who show a valid DMC Alumni Association ID card at the Sonic Drive-In located 5 blocks SW of DMC East Campus (3500 Ayers Street). No expiration date!
    • 20% discount at Family Massage Therapy – Edwin Edwards DMC Graduate – edwinbedwards@yahoo.com or 361-883-2700.
    • 10% off Best Flex Rates at Corpus Christi's Staybridge Suites, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and Embassy Suites courtesy of ZJZ Hospitality, Inc. Must show valid Alumni Association ID Card for discount.
    • Discounted admission to the USS Lexington Museum. (Show Valid Alumni ID card at ticket window.) 
    • Discounted admission to select Delmar Art and Drama performances with valid Alumni ID card for the 2013 season.
    • Opportunities to connect with other folks who love Del Mar College as much as you do!

    LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS 

    Individual Lifetime Membership: $500 
    Available to any individual who has completed at least 3 hours at Del Mar College.  This Lifetime Membership never expires. 

    Joint Lifetime Membership: $800 
    If you and your spouse both attended Del Mar College and you don’t want to worry about renewing your membership every year, this option never expires and  is the right choice for you!  (both members must live at the same address) 

    BENEFITS FOR LIFETIME MEMBERS: 

    • All the benefits listed above PLUS,
      • Check-out privileges at the library on both Del Mar East and West Campuses.
      • Complimentary use of the East Campus pool, fitness center, tennis court and racquetball courts during open recreation hours. 
      • Invitations to special events on campus.
      • Access privileges at the technology centers on both Del Mar East and West Campuses.
