Certificate: Restaurant Supervisor
Associate in Applied Science Degree: Restaurant Management Specialization
This program offers students preparation to assume management or supervisory-level positions in restaurants, clubs, hotels, cafeterias, resorts, and other establishments where food is served in quantity.

The student planning to continue at a senior college should consult an advisor concerning degree requirements of the college to which transfer is intended.
