8 Individuals will comprise the CCDC team.

Participants in CCDC must be a full-time student of the school they are representing.

Participants in CCDC must not be full-time paid network administrator or security professional.

The faculty sponsor of each school will be asked to sign a certificate of participation indicating that each of their school's participants meet these criteria.
