RSTO 1041
A training and certification program for owners and operators of establishments that prepare and serve food to the public. This course is required by the City-County Health Department to meet the City Ordinance requirement for foodservice managers. Student must also pass the state exam to receive proper certification.
RSTO 2041
This 7-hour course meets the requirements of the City-County Health Department and the State Health Department for the renewal of the Food Manager's Certificate.
