Welcome to the Department of Communications, Languages and Reading.
The department faculty offer courses in English for Speakers of Other Languages, Freshman Seminar, Journalism, French, Radio and Television, Reading, Spanish and Speech.
The faculty advises students for the following Associate in Arts degrees: Advertising/Public Relations, Digital Media, Foreign Language, Journalism, Radio and Television, and Speech.
They also advise students for the following Associate of Arts in Teaching degrees:
Bilingual Generalist Grades EC-4 and 4-8; Foreign Language Grades 8-12; Generalist Grades EC-4 and 4-8; Journalism Grades 8-12; Special Education Grades EC-12; and Speech Grades 8-12.
