Jeff has been the director of E-Learning Services since April 2005. He was previously the Assistant Director of the Center for Distance Learning and Teaching Effectiveness at The University of Texas-Pan American. His background also includes instructional design, staff training and development, and human resource information systems. Jeff has a BBA in marketing from Corpus Christi State University, an MEd in educational technology from the University of Texas, Brownsville, and an EdD in instructional technology and distance education from Nova Southeastern University. His research interests include social presence, distance learning administration, and Web 2.0. |

Abby is an Internet Specialist with the Information Technology Department on permanent loan to E-Learning Services. She provides course management system support to faculty and students. Abby is a Del Mar College 2006 triple major graduate with AAS degrees in Computer Forensics, Information Systems Security, and Network Administration. She prefers the hardware and networking side of IT but enjoys all areas of hardware and software. |
