The eLearning Services Course Request form is for use by faculty to request all online courses, whether for use in blending a seat-based class or for teaching online. All course shell requests must be submitted using this form. E-mail and in-person course shell requests without the use of this form are no longer processed.

A valid DMC e-mail address is required to create an online course. If you do not have a DMC e-mail address, please contact the DMC Helpdesk by calling 361-698-2330 or e-mail helpdesk@delmar.edu.

You will receive email notification when your course shell has been created. Shells are normally created within one working day after being requested. Allow additional time during peak periods such as the weeks preceding the beginning of a new term.

Please fill out all of the following information and include a phone number where you can be easily reached in case questions arise. When finished, click Submit.

IMPORTANT: You must have either successfully completed the Blackboard workshop series or have documentable training and experience in the Blackboard course management system. If in doubt contact eLearning Services at 361-698-1312 or email distlearn@delmar.edu
