There are a number of resources available for faculty that use WebCT to either augment their seat-based classes or for those teaching totally online courses. Faculty may choose from traditional instructor-led workshops to learn the basic tools of WebCT, or log in to the Teaching and Learning Center for a quick Web-based tutorial on how to use a specific tool in WebCT. Faculty can also download the latest version of the WebCT user's guide. Beginning this fall, faculty can enroll in Teaching Online at Del Mar College, a 4-week Web-based workshop that covers teaching effectiveness in the online classroom.
