Limitations

Response times may be longer than 24-48 hours under certain circumstances:

• Submissions received after 5 p.m. on weekdays
• Weekends (submissions received after 12 noon on Fridays are not checked until Monday)
• Holidays
• Failure of the Del Mar College server
• Problems with your email accounts
• Periods of intense demand (finals, last week of classes)
• Requests for excessively long papers

If you do not receive a response within 48 hours (excluding weekends), please call the Stone Writing Center at (361) 698-1237.
