1. LAND ACQUISITION After 1986 land was purchased for parking along Edwards Street, bounded by Naples and Ayers. In addition, a strip of property along Ayers was acquired. These purchases formed a rectangular campus bounded by Baldwin, Naples, Edwards, and Ayers Streets. Subsequent purchases included a former grocery store site northwest of the Campus opposite the Edwards/Ayers intersection. More recently, the College acquired a grouping of residential lots at the southeast of the campus along the York Street a cul-de-sac. It is not anticipated that additional land would be needed within the planning period.
