7. BUILDING LOCATIONS It is anticipated that most construction will relate directly to replacement of existing construction or in response to new programs. The demolition of the Skills Enrichment Center and the construction of the Coles Classroom Building will provide a more balanced zoning of building capacity and parking supply. New construction may occur at the Gym/Aquatic Center Complex, Fine Arts Center, along with an additional classroom building and other programs. Ultimately, the East Campus will need the construction of a multi-level parking structure to accommodate future growth.
8. SERVICES, RECEIVING, AND DISTRIBUTION In 1990 the College constructed a centralized service center housing the Purchasing Department, warehousing supplies and setting up a distribution system at a location northwest of the East Campus across the intersection of Edwards and Ayers Street. This location serves the East and West Campuses. The building is shared with Continuing Education. When this department grows into the existing warehouse area, additional storage area will have to be provided.
