3. Future Fine Arts Music Addition: The existing 8" diameter South branch underground chilled water and supply piping existing 8" diameter capped valves located at north end of east branch of south branch will be connected to the future Fine Arts Music Addition new 6" diameter chilled water supply and return underground piping.
4. Future Classroom Building: The existing 10" diameter south branch underground chilled water and supply piping existing 6" diameter capped valves located west of the Coles Classroom Building will be connected to the future classroom building new 6" diameter chilled water supply and return underground piping.
Heating Water Supply and Return Underground Utility Distribution
1. Center for Early Learning: The existing 6" diameter north branch underground heating water and supply piping leaving the central plant must be tapped with a new 4" heating water supply and return for the future Center will require a new 6" diameter chilled water supply and return underground piping connection with isolation valves. Pipe shall be routed down south side of campus street, across Naples Street and connect to the new building.
2. Aquatic Center Addition: The future addition will require a new 3" diameter heating water supply and return underground piping connection to the existing 6" diameter north branch heating water supply and return underground piping with isolation valves routed to the building addition mechanical equipment room.
3. Future Fine Arts Music Addition: The existing 6" diameter south branch underground heating water and supply piping will be tapped with new isolation valves located at north end of east branch of south branch will be connected to the future Fine Arts Music Addition new 3" diameter chilled water supply and return underground piping.
4. Future Classroom Building: The existing 6" diameter south branch underground heating water and supply piping existing 4" diameter capped valves located west of the Coles Classroom Building will be connected to the future classroom building new 4" diameter heating water supply and return underground piping.
