Implementing the Plan Year 2005 East Campus Utilities Continued
Communication Distribution Systems:
- Center for Early Learning: Communications service may be derived from existing pullbox adjacent to the maintenance and supply building. Service may be delivered underground via multi-cell raceway to the new facility.
- Aquatic Center Addition: Recently installed multi-cell raceway was not routed close to the existing building. Existing communication raceways must be surveyed to determine whether sufficient capacity will exist to provide for the requirements of the addition.
- Future Fine Arts Music Addition: Recently installed multi-cell raceway is currently planned for extension from pullbox east of the Fine Arts Building to distribution point within the existing building. Service for the future addition may be derived from this existing distribution point subsequent to installation of this extension.
- Future Classroom Building: Communications service may be derived from any of several existing pullboxes in close proximity to the proposed new building location. Selection of appropriate points of service origin will be dependent upon locations of available capacity at the time of construction of the facility. Service may be delivered underground via multi-cell and/or single compartment raceway from the selected point of service origin to the new facility.
