of Hospitality Management is ready to assist you in obtaining a degree

HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT MISSION STATEMENT
The Department of Hospitality Management at Del Mar College is dedicated to providing educational opportunities for students to achieve their dreams.
- To provide fully accredited occupational, academic, and pre-professional courses leading to certificates, and/or associate's degrees in Baking/Pastry, Culinary Arts (Chef Training), Dietary Manager, Hotel/Motel Condominium Management, and Restaurant Management
- To provide opportunities to train for economic independence; and to prepare for job entry, occupational advancement, and career development.
- To provide development of the student's competencies to practice effectively in an entry-level supervisory position in Hospitality Management.
