Application Procedure:
Applicants should submit an Employment Application, a letter of interest, along with a resume and all college or university transcripts, if applicable, and the name and telephone number of three professional references.
Note - Applications are accepted only for current job openings.

Selection Procedure:
Following the application deadline date for each vacancy, applications are forwarded for Committee review.
Screening committees are comprised of a peer level employee(s) and representatives from different employee groups (i.e. classified, professional, faculty, administrative). Those applicants selected for further consideration are invited to appear before a screening committee. Finalists may be invited for a second interview with members of administration as deemed necessary. Candidates may be asked to demonstrate their relevant job skills by taking a written test, operating required equipment, giving mini presentations and/or demonstrating computer skills.
All correspondence and elated materials are maintained by the college's Human Resources office. All application materials submitted for review become the sole property of Del Mar College.
