The American Sign Language & Interpreting Program has a fully-digital interpreting lab available for student use.  The lab features:

Over 300 videos for ASL and interpreting practice 18 student stations with:

  • Computer with DVD-RW capability, Internet access and Microsoft Office
  • Headphones
  • Digital video camera
  • Sony Soloist® ASL Digital Video Comparative Recorder
    • Audio/Video Comparative Recording
      • Playback an audio file while recording a video file (optionally with audio).
      • Playback of all in synchronization
    • Video/Video Comparative Recording
      • Playback a video file while recording a video file (optionally with audio).
      • Playback of all in synchronization
        • Video file playback in one window, local camera/recording in a second window
