Course description:
Beginning: Orientation to the water along with the development of survival skills. Instruction in the basic strokes, safety and rescue skills. The course is designed for nonswimmers and those who are not comfortable in deep water.

Intermediate: Review and refinement of the basic strokes, instruction and development of advanced strokes. Also included will be safety and rescue skills, endurance swimming and small craft safety.
