The following equipment is required for this course:
Windows Computers:
- A 233 Mhz Intel Pentium class or better processor
- At least 128 MB of RAM
- Windows 2000 or XP
- Sound blaster sound card or equivalent
- Stereo quality speakers attached to the computer to hear sound files
- Super VGA or higher resolution monitor
- 56K Modem or high speed Internet connection with reliable Internet service provider. Note: a high speed Internet connection is highly recommended for this course.
- CD-Rom drive
- Web CT compatible browser installed
- QuickTime 7.0 or higher player installed
- Printer
- Word processing software installed
Macintosh Computers:
- 400 Mhz Power PC G3 or faster computer
- At least 128 MB RAM
- Macintosh OS X version 10.3.9 or later
- Sound Blaster sound card or equivalent
- Stereo quality speakers attached to the computer to hear sound files
- Super VGA or higher resolution monitor
- 56K modem or high speed Internet connection with reliable Internet service provider. Note: a high speed Internet connection is highly recommended for this course.
