The college does have a student help desk (698-2330) that may be able to help you in resolving your technical issues. However, the college cannot guarantee that they will be able to resolve your technical problem, nor can they guarantee that your phone call will be returned within a certain time frame. Del Mar College cannot be responsible for consequences that occur due to malfunctioning equipment that it does not own or lease. Students are responsible for maintaining their own equipment. You may have to hire a professional to assist you if your equipment doesn't work.
Please keep in mind that your teacher is not a trained technical support specialist. She will not be able to provide technical assistance to students who are having problems with personal computer equipment.
