Del Mar College Announces Summer 2005 Prospective Graduates

Del Mar College’s summer prospective graduates will get a little change
in scenery as they attend commencement in Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi’s
new Performing Arts Center.
The ceremony begins at 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 19, with Nueces County District Attorney
Carlos Valdez serving as keynote speaker and giving an “inspirational talk”
during the ceremony.
Because seating is limited to 1,500 in the Performing Arts Center, students
were given tickets for admittance of family or friends. No additional seating
will be available.
