John Graham
Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice

John Graham holds a Master Degree in Education and a Master Degree in Public Administration. His background with both local and federal law enforcement includes experience in Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force investigations, Marine and Air Operations, Undercover Operations, Serial Murders, Smuggling and Forensic Investigations.
Mr. Graham creates a learning environment in his classroom, allowing for a free flow of information and the application of cognitive skills taught during the courses. His primary and only intent is to ensure his students achieve their goals.

Thomas F. Adams
Instructor of Criminal Justice
BS, Police Science and Administration, Cal State University at Long Beach: MS, Criminology, California State University at Long Beach
Mr. Thomas joined the Del Mar Faculty in August, 2007. He is a former Lieutenant of Santa Ana California Police Department and a California Licensed Private Investigator. Tom was co-creator of the Orange County Regional Police Academy in 1961. He was a lead instructor as well Academic Coordinator for twenty years. Tom was also a lead instructor at Golden West College in Huntington Beach, California for ten years. Tom retired as Professor Emeritus from Santa Ana College after 37 years of service. For three of those years, Tom was Dean of Applied Arts and Sciences. Tom has also taught at National University, California State University at Long Beach, Orange Coast College, Golden West College, and the College of Southern Nevada at Las Vegas.
Mr. Adams has also published numerous textbooks and articles on Criminal Justice. One textbook (Police Field Operations) has been used for training and study for promotional exam by many colleges, universities, and Law Enforcement Agencies including the Nueces County Sheriff’s Office and the Corpus Christi Police Department.
