Department creates a requisition to Bird's Rubber Stamps.
(Use vendor number 0036353).
Enter the following information on a line for each name tag to be ordered.
Description is, "Plastic printed DMC name tag" followed by the standard format.
The quantity is (1) EA. The Price is $12.50.
Allow 3 - 5 Days for delivery.
