Classes: Each semester, over 1,300 credit classes are scheduled from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. weekdays. Another 250 noncredit classes are offered each quarter.

Cultural Opportunities: A strong cultural influence in the community, Del Mar College frequently presents musical concerts, dramatic presentations, art exhibits, dance programs, lectures, and workshops throughout the year at little or no charge.

Athletics: Over 2,000 students each year participate in intramural sports, including flag football, bowling, volleyball, basketball, frisbee, racquetball, and soccer.

Special Educational Programs: Honors Program for academically-talented students; Collegiate High School, Dual Credit and Early Admissions programs allow high school students to enroll for college-level courses while completing high school graduation requirements; Senior Citizens Education Program for those 55 and older.
