Review of the Educational Program Draft:
Chair Jim Pierce reviewed the format for the forum (Thursday, June 24), suggesting that the principal committee chair's overview extend to about fifteen minutes. - "Must" or "Should" Statement #2: Mike Gadell suggested the need to occasionally reference other sections of the Self-Study Report in order to make points, for example, about physical resources or financial resources. Pierce said that the Steering Committee would need to pay attention to those kinds of cross references as it rewrites the draft.

- #46: The table will be deleted.
- #47: The table will be deleted, but the information will be mentioned in the text.
- #49: Pierce suggested that the curriculum committee in the Division of Business, as well as the course committees in English, might be mentioned under this statement. Williams agreed, but said that the Policy Manual should be revised to include the ways in which curricula are developed and evaluated at the College.
- #50: The "Recommendation" will be changed to a "Suggestion."
