Faculty Committee Report (and Subcommittee Report): Chair Jim Pierce distributed copies of a draft of the Faculty Subcommittee's report on the Faculty draft. The Steering Committee reviewed the report and made additional comments, which Pierce subsequently incorporated into the report.

Final Committee Reports: John M. Crisp and Dolores Huerta, liaisons to the Institutional Advancement committee and the Financial Resources committee, respectively, said that the chairs of both principal committees had reported that their reports would be forthcoming shortly.

Next Meetings: June 9, June 16, and June 23. All meetings are scheduled from 1:30--3:30 in VB-170.
