"Must" Statements Section 4.7 and 4.9: Pam Pudelka presented her report re: Section 4.7 (student records.) She brought a twenty page document of policies currently in effect at DMC regarding student records; this will be kept in the SACS office, #533 (White Library) noting minor changes in the destruction of old records and passwords. Mike Gadell will check with the steering committee about the compliance of the policy manuals for faculty.

à Discussion followed on Section 4.9: consortial relationships and contractual agreements presently in place at DMC. Dean Bud Harris will be contacted by Pat Shufelt to appear before this committee to answer questions about this section. Marvin, Susan, and Rolando will meet next week to develop questions to be presented to Dean Harris. The questions will be presented at the next meeting and forwarded to the Dean before his appearance. Bertha Flores will be consulted regarding the question about dual credits in this section; all Deans will be contacted about this matter.
