| Business Counseling SBDC offers individual business counseling in a variety of areas by professionally trained counselors who maintain the highest ethical standards of client confidentiality. Counseling services are provided at no cost and are scheduled as often as needed to enable professional counselors to serve as resource support. These seminars and workshops are open to the public. RETURN Procurement Technical Assistance Center Another important program of the SBDC is the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). The PTAC is partially funded by the Department of Defense and is designed to increase the number and type of businesses selling products and services to government agencies.
