If you have printed out the Fall 2006 Syllabus and Chapter 1 Study Guide (documents below!),

PLEASE PRINT OUT THE NEW SYLLABUS AND STUDY GUIDE FROM THE WEBCT COURSE!

 

PSYC. 2314 Online Classes:

When you have your WebCT ID and password, the course will show up on your "My WebCT", and you will be able to access the course! You will receive a letter from the Distance Learning Department with your WebCT ID and password.

You can call the Help Desk (698-2330) for assistance logging on to WebCT.

Once you access the course, you can begin your work in the course!

ORIENTATION:

There is no required on-campus orientation for this course.

I will add the student rosters into the WebCT course by the first class day of the semester.

If you have not taken an online at Del Mar College in the past, I recommend that you view a general WebCT Orientation before beginning the course.

This is the same Orientation you will view if you attend one of the on-campus WebCT Orientations in the Distance Learning Department.

To begin using WebCT you will first need to obtain your WebCT ID and password.

The Distance Learning Department should be sending you a letter containing your WebCT ID and password.

You may need to call the "Help Desk" (698-2330) to get your ID and password more quickly!

If you have not received this information by the end of the first week of classes, please contact me at: jmasten@delmar.edu

 

You may logon to WebCT and access your PSYC. 2314 course materials when:

You have obtained your WebCT ID and password,

 And student rosters have been uploaded to the WebCT course.

 

Please BEGIN YOUR COURSE WORK BY midweek of the first week of classes !

When you access the course, please read the instructions on the "Homepage".

To complete the PSYC. 2314 Orientation, you will read the Syllabus and take a Syllabus Quiz in WebCT.

 

After you earn 100% on the Syllabus Quiz you may begin work on the ONLINE EXAM 1 assignments.

 

Please note that this course requires taking an On-Campus Final Exam during the regularly scheduled final exam period in December!
