Where Do I Find Money for College?

[Revised:  November 18, 2007]

This page represents some of my musings and rantings on the subject of financial aid for college.

The thrust of the page is toward students who plan to major in Sociology or Social Work, but should be relevant for all in the social sciences.

Think, not only in term of scholarships, but also in terms of Internships and grants.

Go to the financial aid office at your school and ask about the kinds of available financial assistance.  Talk to HS school counselors.  If you don't seek money, no one will offer.  To quote Jesse Jackson "If you run, you might lose, but if you don't run, you are sure to lose."
