(Note:  These questions will not appear on the actual tests)

From "White Collar Crime"

7.   Which of the following is an example of corporate crime? 
          A.   when tobacco companies increase the amount of nicotine in cigarettes
          B.   when food manufacturers label an item as "light" when in fact it has as many 
                 calories as the regular item
          C.   when automobile companies manufacture a car or truck that increases 
                 the possibility of an explosion on impact with another object

43.  Which of the following most closely addresses the relationship between poverty 
        and population?
          A.   Poverty causes over-population.
          B.   Over-population causes poverty.
