I assume that the student knows how to reach the Course Home Page.
The student can reach all aspect of this course from the home page. The
student will find a variety of links on the home page that he or she will use to maneuver
through the course.
The key components found on the course home page are links
(associated with large Icons) to he course orientation, the syllabus, lecture notes, the
testing area, e-mail, and the discussion area.
The Course Menu
The student can maneuver
through the course by using links founds on the drop-down course menu found in the upper
left-hand corner of the home page. The course has links to the syllabus, lecture notes,
tests, and e-mail.
"My Grades"
The course menu also
provides the ability for the student to keep track of their grades in the course. Students
can track their grades by clicking on "My Grades" which
is found in the drop-down course menu. As soon as I grade tests and papers,
the grade is loaded into a computerized grade sheet. Students can view all recorded grades
by clicking on "My Grades."
If the student has turned
in a project or completed a test, but has no grade showing in "My Grade," the
student should contact the professor. Please give me a couple of days to grade
projects before looking for your grade.
