These include the cost of consultants or specialists for group professional development. It also includes the cost of individual registration/workshop fees as well as supplemental materials for special projects for professional growth, those of which will strictly enhance student learning. Equipment or materials purchased with award funds will revert to the College upon completion of the project. Del Mar College has allocated funds in support of Professional and Organizational Development (POD) grants for the academic year. The Professional Development and Grants committee reviews proposals and recommends allocations based on the merits of the proposed project and available funds.
