    The Transition Center encompasses career counseling, counseling services, disability services, and retention case management. The staff of the Transition Center is committed to student success and provides support and advocacy so that students are empowered to meet their life goals. The staff of the Transition Center works with students individually and in groups in order to ensure that students have the tools they need to succeed.
