The MAA degree program provides participants with the knowledge and skills required for managers, administrators, and supervisors to function more effective of in all types of organizations, plus the specialized managerial expertise needed for a particular professional field.

2. Organizational Development Concentration
The Organizational Development concentration of the MAA prepares students for management positions in organizations undergoing quality and other process-centered transformations, for the training and development function, and for utilization in other positions within, or related to, the OD profession.

Fifteen semester hours of coursework constituting the concentration.
