Heritage Campus

The William F. White, Jr. Library is Del Mar College's central library on the Heritage Campus, providing library services and resources to support students, faculty, and staff. All materials are purchased and processed here.
Windward Campus
Barth Learning Resources Center

Barth Learning Resources Center is the library located on the Windward Campus. This library houses materials specially selected to support programs offered at the Windward Campus.
Oso Creek Campus

The Oso Creek Campus Library is open to all students. The library houses materials specially selected to support the programs offered at the Oso Creek Campus.
DMC Student ID Cards
Del Mar College student IDs and program badges are available at any library location during regular library hours. A valid photo ID is required to obtain a student ID.
Program badges are issued once a student has been accepted into their program.
To better serve you, students are encouraged to obtain their badge at the library location on the campus where they take their program classes.
Semester stickers are also available at any library location upon verification of current enrollment.
Note: Student ID cards will identify Dual Enrollment Students.
Book a Study Room / Study Zone Info
DMC Libraries provide a variety of study spaces to support different learning styles and study preferences, including silent, quiet, social, and group study areas.
Each study zone is identified by a designated color.
Study rooms are available by reservation only at all three library locations.

Research Assistance
Librarians can help you search for credible sources in our many databases and even show you how to get citations for these sources. If you would like to meet with a librarian, here are some of the options available to you.

Textbooks: Course Reserve
Select textbooks are available for in-library use and may be checked out for a 2-hour loan period at any of our three library locations.
Book scanners are available for student use. Users are responsible for complying with U.S. copyright law when scanning materials.

Student Use Computers
Student-use computers are available at all DMC library locations during regular library hours. A valid DMC login is required to access the computers.
Viking Print
DMC Libraries offer free printing to all currently enrolled Del Mar College students. To encourage responsible printing and reduce waste, the libraries use Viking Print, a print management system.

Dual Enrollment & Online Students
Dual Enrollment & Distance Education students have access to the same library services as all DMC students, including:
- Online databases, ebooks, and streaming media
- Research help from librarians
- Off-campus access with DMC credentials
- Book-by-mail service for students who reside outside of Corpus Christi city limits
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is available to all DMC students, faculty, and staff. ILL articles are delivered electronically to your DMC email. Eligible students may also have ILL books mailed to them and are responsible for returning mailed materials.
