Come and join us for three days of guitar fun and playing at the 5th Annual Viking Classical Guitar Summer Camp!

For young guitarists who can read music and are familiar with basic classical guitar techniques.

This year we have a special guest guitarist coming, Dr. Joseph Palmer, member of the GRAMMY-nominated Texas Guitar Quartet and the Performance Engagement Artist for the Austin Classical Guitar Society. Dr. Palmer will perform a concert, a masterclass, technique workshop and co-conduct the Viking Classical Guitar Camp Orchestra along with Dr. Kacherski.

Students will rehearse and perform with the guitar orchestra, perform at open-mic events, and attend all the workshops offered throughout the week.

The camp is free for Music majors starting at DMC.

For more information, please contact Dr. Jay Kacherski at jkacherski@delmar.edu or 361-698-1603.

We look forward to seeing you there!
