A Place for Students
The Shape of Things to Come

- Culinary Academy with Teaching Kitchens and a Coffee Shop/Restaurant
Every inch of the space is planned, from the patterns of the bricks and mortar, to the cooling effects of water features, to how the buildings will handle coastal winds and sunlight.
