Readmission

Students seeking readmission must review Appendix A in the Department of Nurse Education Student Handbook to comply with the readmission process. The student must meet all of the conditions listed in Appendix A by the readmission deadlines:

• December 1st if seeking a readmission to a spring semester
• May 1st if seeking a readmission to a fall semester.

The student must submit the signed form (page 1 of Appendix A) to Christie Perez via email at cperez70@delmar.edu by the deadline date. The DMC Department of Nurse Education Admissions, Retention and Graduate Committee will only review applications for readmission that comply with the process indicated in Appendix A.

Currently enrolled students who go beyond the readmission deadline date may not be considered for readmission for the next semester.
