Program Overview

Hospitality Management

The Hospitality Management Program is designed to prepare students to enter the hospitality industry. The program provides a quality education that incorporates theory and practice through one certificate program and one Associate in Applied Science degree. The Hospitality Management Certificate prepares students to work in the lodging industry. The Associate in Applied Science in Hospitality Management prepares students to work in the lodging, food service, and tourism related industries.


Students planning to continue at a senior college should consult an advisor concerning degree requirements of the college to which transfer is intended.

The Culinary, Baking & Pastry, and Hospitality Management programs are located in the Restaurant Management Building (RM) on the Windward Campus at the intersection of Airport Rd. and Old Brownsville Rd.  The Restaurant Management Building (RM) features a working restaurant, kitchens, classrooms and offices.  The entrance is located on Old Brownsville Rd. before you get to Airport Rd.
