How to Apply

  • Talk with your high school counselor, to see if your high school is partnered with DMC.
  • Apply OnlineApplyTexas Application 
  • Test-TSIA2, ACT, and SAT are all test we accept. These assessments allow us to see where you are academically. Every college course has REM level requirements, so we want to ensure you will succeed in the course we enroll you in.
  • High School Transcript-Provide an official high school transcript 
  • Meningitis Vaccine-Students under the age of 21 enrolled in a Texas Public Institution are required to have the Meningitis Vaccine or Meningitis Exemption Form.
  • Dual Credit Registration Form-Talk with your high school counselor or Dual Enrollment Coordinator about registering for classes, the classes you decide to take will go on your registration form.
